Thank You!

June 10, 2018

A carpenter bee closes in on a purple coneflower along Highway 50 north of Union, Missouri.

A huge thank you to all of you who came out for my presentation “Missouri Wildlife Photography in Four Seasons,” last night at the Bryan Haynes Gallery in Washington, Missouri, especially those who drove in from other parts of the state. It all happened so fast, I forgot to take a picture! Darn! The evening was filled with critter pictures, stories, howls, and hoots. A few audience members were gently roasted, and laughter filled the room. Congratulations to Kathy Melton for winning the door prize of a signed, matted print of a red fox in the mountains of Colorado.

Although the event is “behind” us now, I’m happy to report that Bryan, Petra, and I have worked out an encore of the event on Saturday evening, July 21, for those of you who missed out on tickets the first time. Tickets will go on sale July 8 and I don’t have to remind you to act fast. I will keep you posted right here with a link to purchase tickets as we get closer to the evening, which will include everything from last night plus any new treasures I come up with in the next month or so. I’m already choosing another print to give away as a door prize.

America is beautiful. I vote to keep it that way.
